Players improve most when they have consistent opportunities to work on their skills, learn how to train effectively, and take ownership of their development. The goal of this program is to give players the tools, guidance, and support they need to prepare for fall tryouts, while also building habits that support long term growth.
Everything here is completely optional and designed to fit around summer schedules, travel, and downtime. Summer should still feel like summer. Players are encouraged to show up when they can, enjoy the process, and challenge themselves when they do.
Whether the goal is improving a specific skill, earning more playing time, playing at a higher level, or just becoming a better version of yourself on the field, this program is here to help you get there.
