Come as often as your schedule allows. Some players will show up once in a while, others will make it part of their weekly rhythm, and both are completely fine. The only expectation is that when you do show up, you are ready to work, compete, and get better.

Shooting technique from various angles and distances, composure and decision-making in the box, and converting chances with a defender closing in.
Delivering accurate balls from wide positions, timing runs to meet the cross, and winning aerial duels at the near and far post.
